TICKET TO RIDE – THE BEATLES
In the USA, the world's largest event organizer (it is worth researching what kind of business this company earns money with, with whom it is still connected) offered a letter to the president to organize and set up vaccination centers To take care of. After all, clubs and halls are usually easily accessible to everyone and you could fall back on a staff who is already experienced in dealing with large crowds.
Europe's largest ticket distributor, in turn, has for some time been adapting its software, which has been tried and tested a million or billions of times. First to use them to assign vaccination appointments, as is already happening in a German federal state and they were / are in discussion with other countries such as Italy and Switzerland.
Said ticket distributor announced today that the prerequisites had been created on their portal to be able to read vaccination cards. This gives organizers the opportunity to provide proof of vaccination as an entry requirement if they so wish.
But they don't have to. Organizers, artists and audiences still have a choice: they can go along with any damn shit, or they can rebel against it. You can have some barely tested broth injected into your arm, or you can boycott certain events in the future, or tickets linked to vaccination certificates, and go to the barricades now.
I support the idea of privileges for people that have been vaccinated. Not basic privileges, but certain allowings in the cultural sector. This would help artists and clubs as well.
What makes this critical is the way of handling – it is our craving for convenience and our digitally supported laziness that creates the monsters. It would be sufficient that clubs or theatres check vaccination proofs at the entrance. No need of feeding critical data to those always data-hungry organisations with all the dangers implied: abuse of data, stigmatisation of non-vaccinated people etc.
So it is just the "tried and tested" software that presents the danger here, not the alledgedly "barely tested broth", that might change our lifes for the better again.
But we don't know anything, do we now. For the worst, the vaccine could be useless in a couple of months, what with the virus mutating all over. I feel pretty sad and hopeless about experiencing MP live again. Now there's only hope for new recorded material which would really let the sun come out, but hey, this used to be the greatest live band in the world…
Meanwhile my brethren, stay safe and support others where you can. We have chances to make our lives meaningful for sure amid all the restrictions. Please stay away from the stupid conspiracy shit. I'm working hard as a nurse in a hospital and I experience the truth about Covid 19-20-21 every day. The shit's for real. Greetings and let's not lose hope

The Story „Ticket to Ride“ is part of a bigger thing, you can read if you like in „Romaniac´s Monster and „Radio Romaniac“ (unfortunately only in german.)
You can call these words like you want, comedy, fantasy stuff, theory conspiracy, biography … for the author personally it´s only art, or better said, it´s the art, who urges him to write these words. The writer hopes, they make sense in a whole. (like the most books, only make sense if you read them from the beginning to the end)
@JERO: Thanx for your comment: You are right. We don´t know anything. 😊 So we don´t know about the worst case scenario, too.
And sorry, the writer, don´t know, who to believe. He has friends, who are working as nurses too, they tell him complete other things. (the problem in hospitals is much bigger, than the virus thing..) But of couse, he also believes you, too. Would be interesting, what exactly you see every day and what is the truth about the virus, because you are the only one in the moment, who knows the truth already. 😊

The privilege thing is not relevant these days – it could only become once there is enough vaccine for all and there's a substantial number of people unwilling undergo vaccination. As there are good reasons for refusing vaccination (planned pregnancy resp. parenthood), I now consider privileges a problematic item. Nevertheless, they will occur inevitably – private companies (airlines, concert agencies etc.) might want to check your vaccination status beforehand. As long as these are private enterprises there's not much you can do against this.
