Often these verses are based on, or direct references to books with drugish backround:

      K9 – William S Burroughs – "Nova Express"

SNAFU – Robert Shea and Robert A. Wilson – "Illuminatus"

Phanerotyme – Aldous Huxley (in a aconversation)

      and many more

I think a lot of Motorpsycho's lyrics are inspired by novels, books and fiction. Also in non drug related context.

Same thing with music, just to name Grateful Dead, Spritualized and others…

I think its interesting, but it doesnt matter to me if they did drugs themselves. At all.

Yep – the most mind expanding stuff comes in written form…

Here they follow Onkel Fuzzbazz' "uncle" Lemmy, who in many interviews spoke about LSD in the 60s and early 70s as the best drug ever and spent the rest of his life reading books in his tourbus – beside the usual alcoholic mayhem, framed by two topless models, that is. Which brings us to the Tussler discussion – oh yes, wrong thread indeed ;-)

Nobody knows what substances there are in that Underberg brew.

On the later tours I did with the band. Bents drug of choice was some port wine after the show :MPD:

And what I have said several time. Bent is very well read.
