The Tower-tour concerts I have seen started with an 5 minute instrumental Intro-tape.
In Köln it was a different tune then Amsterdam and Tilburg. How has the rest of the tour been? What are these tunes?
The first song after these concerts was "She", by Gram Psrsons, though in Tilburg it was an other song of his. The HBM tour concerts I attended ended with "She" as well.
Amsterdam and Köln played Sugarfoot songs during the pre-time.
November 13, 2017 at 16:43 #31576In Hamburg and Berlin they also played Sugarfoot prior the show.
That reminds me of a Mark Lanegan Show in Hamburgs Übel Und Gefährlich, i think in 2014 or 2015, where they played the full MP Blissard Album prior the Sow. That was a nice surprise.
November 13, 2017 at 18:18 #31577I can't remember if they changed it right before they got on stage, but in Trezzo a sort of Best of from Kiss was playing before the show. I remember
I stole your love
Deuce
Shout it out loud
Black diamond
Probabily Love gun, Christine sixteen and Strutter
And many others, can't remember what was played after.
I can remember that the two shows from the HBM tour I attended had the same opening theme. It sounded something like classical Music, with violin as a main instrunent. I know it because in Pordenone I heard that melody, and in Segrate I switched on my portable recorder as soon as that piece kicked in since I recognized it. AND if I'm not wrong, after the Segrate show Deuce by Kiss kicked in (have to listen to the record to be sure, I'll let you know asap)
Oh, does any italian fan know what was played before the 2012 Bloom concert? I remember a sort of super cool, long, growing jam getting louder and louder before the show
November 13, 2017 at 18:56 #31578The opening tape on the HBM tour was identfied and mentioned in a thread here, sometime during that tour.
The opening tape(s) this tour sounded much like pieces from Begynnelser. Left overs?
The song She that ended concerts on this and the HBM tour was played by the Tussler on stage, so it must a band favorite
November 14, 2017 at 09:10 #31579The classical music opening tape on the HBM tour was Ralph Vaughan Williams "The Lark Ascending". It was also taped. The first 5 minuits of the Wiesbaden-tape contains a part of the intro music.
