The album is terrific! Just wanted to say that. Maybe I’ll post more of my impressions when I’ve heard it more.
Quote:unfortunatly spotify is not available in germany, but thanks anyway….let’s hope that it will available soon over here….Yes it does! Just don’t tell Spotify were you really live!
Just follow the link I posted above. It’s explained in norwegian, but watch the video on the site and you’ll make it!
For the record, not my site!
spotify without invite: http://spotify.mikromann.net/
it works!
That sounds right Andreas! The Magnet concert was really great by the way!
Quote:I also rember them doing a FANTASTIC version of When you dance i can really love,at some Tussler gig in Trondheim-Blæst.Same at a short gig they did at Rockefeller once, I think it was during the Oslo festival, Musikkens Dag.
Quote:As this would ruin my Dime-ratio completely, is there any chance to upload the thing anywhere else? Megaupload, Rapidshare, whatever?I had to make a new account on Dime and this was my first download with the new account. I have downloaded the full dvd – 6,35gb, and since it’s popular, I have by now uploaded 10,41gb. That gives me a ratio of 1,64. So get it now while it’s hot and yr ratio might be safe! Or get a new account like I did…
Thanx a lot!
That was a fast download I must say! I’ve had a few profiles on DIME, but never been able to upload since I had a crappy internet line. With a new line and new profile on DIME, it took only 2 hours and 39 minutes to dl 6513mb! Now I’ve uploaded 8195mb and still seeding, looks like I can keep this profile for a while now with a ratio on 1.25%
Haven’t checked out the dvd yet, but from the youtube clips, this’ll be great!
Quote:you’d marry his guitar if you were gay?guitars are shaped as female bodies…
Heavy Metal IS a poze!
If it’s the same footpedal that he used in the late ’90s, it’s a Roland PK5 MIDI pedal.
cool! I saw Helge Sten at Rockefeller the last time Godspeed played there, so he might be a fan.
hva sa du? Hørte ikke helt!
Quote:without remembering exactly where and when, I seem to remember the line “free your mind and your ass will follow” somewhere in some live-recs from around 97-98.. this would then be taken from the Funkadelic abum with the same name, released in 1970..Yup! Check out some 90’s recordings of the wheel, and Bent sings the lyrics to that song in the end jam. Musically, they don’t even try to quote that song though…
Hold “shift” inne mens du trykker pÃ¥ en lenke.
Great post Grendel!
Anyway, to end this discussion, we all might do a compromise;
1. Buy(!) the LP
2. Buy/loan/steal/fix/use yr own record player
3a. Continue to use the record player or
3b. Burn to this: http://www.verbatim.com/products/detail.cfm?product_id=426DF5C5-BFFE-449E-8D150DA8A2B31511&cat_id=980D3EE0-28C3-4134-B728BAE68C3BC40D The annoying dust sounds will be kept and you still have Child of the Future on LP! …sort of…
We all win!
