Surprising encore, but I could think of a worse way to end a gig than with the mighty Alchemyst
I think it is just a quick check if he has the lyrics right, wouldn't call it reading =p They sounded pretty exhausted at the end tho though, maybe that's why they skipped the second encore; Bent didn't make a go for the high last Un Chien verse and they screwed up the first verse of Hell pt 7 =p
The gig lasted 2h40m, which is sorta the average of this tour? Again a great gig, but that's almost a giveaway with an insane Un Chien in the set.
Another chance in Nijmegen? I'm the one in the front with his chequered blouse looking like he's born after the creation of the On A Plate riff.
The whole audience was waiting for that second encore that never came )= Great show still, with the more straight-forward beginning and the complete spaced-out ending. Especially Hell and the magical jam in Starhammer were brilliant.
Hurray, Nijmegen also confirmed
Does anyone have some information about the merch on this tour? Think it's about time I get myself a nice shirt.
Damn, there's a great set. All my favourites of BTS, For Free, Un Chien and all the other cool stuff.
Always up for a beer, I'll be the less tall, less bearded one. I'll attend the Haarlem gig, but I'm not yet sure about the Nijmegen one. My usual sleeping address is not available this time and I hate it when I have to watch the time during a concert and have to leave early.
Sleep address confirmed for after the Haarlem gig Now just another one for the Nijmegen gig and I'm good to go.
That's too bad that they're boring live. Really liked their first album and Purple Sage is an instant classic _0_
Still no announced support for the Haarlem gig tho.
Is Eindhoven near enough? :p
Hurray, The Alchemyst is back!
Quote:However I'm guessing that the setlist will change dramatically when they hit Europe in 2 months. Europe almost always gets more jammy & far-out shows than Norway.I'm totally fine with a more spaced out +/- 3 hour show, as long as they keep the acoustic set
Kill Some Day! Hoping to see that one, should be great with Fiske on 'tron!
Hint: it's found on the same album
