Worst album is by far 8 Soothing Songs For Rut. Only three good songs (Have Fun, Loaded and Step Inside) and the rest are among MP’s all-time worst songs (esspecially The Wait, what an unfocused and uninvolving track)
Love Cult is also weak, but two or three redeeming tracks. Did I diss The Wait? Composite Head gives it hard competition in being worst MP track ever.
BH/BC: I used to think that this was yet another masterpiece right up there with the others. But in hindsight I might’ve been colored by the fact that I was euphoric about them being back. I think if they would’ve made a single album with the very best tracks, it would have been a wiser decision. A bit too many “autopilot” songs.
Here’s my BH/BC single CD edition:
1. No Evil
2. The Ace
3. Kill Devil Hills
4. Critical Mass
5. Before The Flood
6. 29th Bulletin
7. Sail On
8. Devil Dog
9. Bonny Lee
10. Triggerman
There are some hidden buttons on the menues. If you use the arrow-buttons on your DVD-remote control, some crown shaped buttons will appear here and there (most of them are on the Amsterdam song overview menu, I think)
Or you could push the display button and change titles. There are 15 titles in total, and if I remember correctly, the hidden features are 6-14 or something like that.
Little Lucid Me: You said that the alternate take of This Is Motorpsycho was all about Fagers getting a lollipop from his girlfriend? (otherwise it was a total waste)
But you totally left out the incomplete but amazing live version of Kill Some Day (that for some fucked up reason was excluded from This is Motorpsycho)
And not to forget that the hidden acoustic version of Sister Confusion is 1,653,967 times better than the shitty original on 8 Soothing Songs For Rut.
On-topic: I’ll download Child Of The Future when some kind soul leaks it. If my conscience feels guilty, I’ll buy some extra merch at the next MP-gig
Cool set. Jamming/experimental first half, poppy second half and a long encore.
Was this one of the new songs played? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyMN-x2oq-M
Cool find. Both Riding The Tiger and Satan…Something was played live during the few shows they did this spring.
I remember Bent saying that if their songs became dangerously similar to some classic songs, it was easier to just point that out quite clearly.
And yeah, the bass and drums patterns of Superstooge is similar to Fun House.
There is a live-version with shitty sound here:
The webcast is still available on NRK’s website.
I agree that Snah was out of tune. But then again, when is he not out of tune?
Intro and outro jam were magnificent.
Nope, they only played one song. A long one, though.
Push the play button, and it should start. Don’t need to install a player; I guess you already have Windows Media Player installed?
Try this link supernaut:
Motorpsycho will play in the second half of the show, from 23:00 and out.
Here’s the chronological order of the songs played that night:
Looks like the release is delayed a bit:

Nah, it worked. But there was a http too much in the link. Just remove it, and it’s good to go.
