Hm, now that they’re in prog mode it would be mighty cool to hear them cover some old prog classics. King Crimson would be interesting. A seriously psychedelic jammed-up version of Red, for instance.. Or Pictures of a City? I dunno. Dreams.

Looks very similar to Slottsfjell, except for Sideway Spiral :)

Yeah, it’s really hard rock with a prog tint.. one of the songs had longer sections in 11/8, sounded like the bastard child of hard King Crimson andFragile/CttE Yes sans Wakeman, amazing stuff.

Bent was headbanging like a champ, too! Good times were had both on and in front of the stage, I guess :)

Oh man, this was a great gig! The new songs are proggy as all hell, and Bent was in a really good mood, smiling and rocking out hard, awesome. Easily the best gig at Slottsfjell, and the best I have seen them since 07.

Wow, pretty cool. Very reminescent of Manmower EP.. But I like it.

Not so hollow, dull and blue :)

                      I like it!

The first time I heard them was live, back in 05. It is one of my fondest concert memories, they were pretty good. Haven’t been able to see them again though, so I guess they could have changed? Or I have no decent taste in music.

Hey man, whats all this! Where are the norwegian dates?

I want some epic 2.5-3 hr non-festival gigs!

I know, I know, who am I to complain? We’re all spoiled brats, clawing at the candy machine, stomach full and face stuffed. Mye vil ha mer. And after a three hour gig we complain that they played too long. My favourite band is touring almost non stop, releasing records more often that most other bands. I’m grateful!

But it has been a while since they played Oslo..

I’d recommend Stadsvandringar, really cool album :)

Hm, that was a short show, not a very strong playlist either. I hope they shape up for Slottsfjell.

@GBD: Dungen is amazing! If you ever get the chance to see them play, do it. They put on an incredible show, even compared to Motorpsycho!

So I was listening to Mountain last night, and it occured to me how the song is about the time Bent was dating a huge hambeast of a woman, and his fear of getting stuck underneath her flabby, fleshy exterior in the dark night, unable to breathe. Yeah..
