…or they could release a instrumental album
This is a good idea. Saw a norwegian singer/songwriter cashimg in about 200 000 NOK from one web concert alone. Could be a good source for some extra charity + income (if needed), and also a perfect gift for us fans :STG:
@otherdemon: No argument about the lyrics. But i think it's a combination of Paus' delivery, and the fact that the chorus is his sort of take on this annoying childrens song ->
You probably already know that
The rest of the song is cool
I love the album all in all. The only part i'm having trouble with is that chorus on "Fest i hovedstaden" – Cringe
Quote:I enjoy the album as well. With the exception of the last track which I'm not a huge fan ofRuinbyen is my fav track
Ole Paus is a pretty good ac. guitar player. So i would think it's him. Can't say for sure though
Gave it a spin earlier today. Great album. Paus' "singing" takes some getting used to tho
Got mine ordered from Big Dipper (Record shop). No poster/sticker here either. Random indeed.
That's a very good question..
On the title track: The middle "noise" part makes 100% perfect sense if you factor in the lyrics. There's perhaps even a tiny nod towards Jimi Hendrix at woodstock (SSB) 😀 Really starting to like this tune. As always….fuck me in forgetting that the growth will come
Somewhat flat production makes impressive material a little underwhelming…
By the way..Major Yes vibes in the beginning, and early Genesis ones at the end of the crucible (track). Not a bad thing, but perhaps a little too much of an homage…?
The album is now up on spotify
Amazing!!! show!
