Hi! I play in a band called Monstereo, and today we released our first recording. We are influenced by serena-maneesh, death cab, sonic youth and of course motorpsycho, among others. hope you have the time to check it out

edit: i play the drums btw
Got my LP today, at Apollon in Bergen. At first I was a bit disappointed with the tracklist, missing Little Lucid Moments in my opinion.
BUT
Bombproof Roll, oh my what a version. Can´t be expressed in words how good this one is live. Alchemyst and Kill Devil Hills are awesome to.
Not familiar with Wishing Well, but I really like it! Landslide is also very good here. Would have hope for something other than All is Loneliness though. Whole lotta Diana perhaps, theyve played it alot, and it really shows how Kapstad has influenced the jamming. Im a drummer myself, and Kapstad is sick on that track.
All in all, roadwork IV is a real winner!
BIG! visuals behind them, but it was mostly the same stuff going on. Space, stars and lightning. In general, there were not much lights, hardly at all, which gives the concert another setting and atmosphere. You got really close, in a way.
I wonder what they pull off today!
Not often you see them both with an acoustic guitar!
Personal highlights was Mountain and Fools gold. They were in a good mood, smiling and laughing

Also, I must say, there were really good singing last nigth, the best that Ive heard from them. How Snah manage to play the verse on gullibles and sing at the same time, amazes me.
What an epic night. Felt like it was something really special. Was blown away by jams. Cannot remeber riding the tiger though, setlist seems to be right. I will post a picture or two tomorrow, too drunk now.
Both playing acoustic guitar, and FOOLS GOLD. Had chills all over!
WOW, thats just awesome.
Any pics? And how great to come back to a second encore and pull of gullibles. *droool*
I should have taken these three weeks off from studying and followed them around in Europe instead. Well, next time!
Great setlist! And you got Kill some day!
No they are not. But yeah, they are good!

And yeah, again, this was an awesome concert. Was a bit worried how Gullibles would work live, but it really kicked, Snah did a great job (as always), and Kapstad also played keys during the quieter section of the song. Too bad they also cut out the start of W.B.A.T, but its a great opener! And come on in was a lot harder than the album version.
All in all, great concert!
What an awesome gig!!!

Personally, this was a perfect gig for me. This is the 4th time ive seen them, and they seemed to be in a very good mood. Gullibles was very good live, and so was X3, it kicked ass. They dropped out the jam section (getaway special) though but still. Personally, I would have liked to hear Kill some day (after Shrug) and Vortex but I cant complain! Look forward to the tour people!
