Had a few words with light wizard Pekka Stokke last night. He WILL be doing the lights, and there WILL be a truckload of cameras to record it all.
He could also reveal that the band are all exited and looking forward to the shows. :MPD:
Sugarfoot – Country (sort of) Tussler style.
Nice and easy on vinyl, a completely different beast on stage. Here from their release concert yesterday.
KiT – Kunstakademiet i Trondheim (Trondheim art achademy)
Definitely maybe I suppose. If and what will be heard from him on the record remains to be heard. But – according to reliable sources – he joined our fab four in the studio to put down something to tape (or disk these days) while he were in town to do the elephant9 gig a few weeks ago.
Yes, great band. The Amazing has Reine Fiske on guitar, also known from Dungen, elephant9, and soon on the next Motorpsycho release.
They probably hold back a little to see what kind of demand there is before pitching in. Everybody and his dog seems to have already ordered a copy of the book.
Seeing the sales so far (275, sorry 280 – no – 282!, copies in 3 days), and knowing that the number of psychonauts abroad far outnumbers the local tribe, I would say the risk should be manageable. I have, of course, no idea what the translation cost would be.
What is said about the limited edition is that it can only be ordered thorugh newjelly.com and only until Nov. 5 – There is even a special price for book/record stores buying in bulk (2 for the price of 1).
I assume that this is exactly what Rune Grammofon is doing.
No mention of any English version.
Expect the fight for international publishing rights to start immediately
Or – time to learn some language
Takkskaldufaenmegha!
I'm in.

Elephant9 can absolutely be recommended. Check it out.
They played an absolutely earblowing gig here in Trondheim two weeks ago, with a complete Motorpsycho lineup enjoying themselves in the audience (except of course Ståle, who was ruling the stage with authority).
Some pictures and a review here.
@otherdemon – this is described at Discogs
Strangely enough I have what claims to be the same edition, starting straight at sinful,wind-borne – at least on my CD player.
According to Discogs, the only edition containing the bonus track is the first Stickman release (PSYCHOBABBLE 003).
It's starting to become ridiculous.
On qxl.no you can now find auctions for a test pressing of "3 songs for Rut", and "Blissard with t-shirt and button". Both starting above NOK 4000,-
The last one can still be bought brand new (minus t-shirt) for NOK 210,- and for the 3 songs – It's about time that someone, if necessary bringing some elongated wooden object, visit the WOW offices and convince them how important it is for mankind that the publishing rights for the Motorpsycho stuff is handed over to the proper creators.
