Agreed, Punj!
More frustratingly, I received a notification in my Posten (norwegian mail) app monday 15.03 that a package from Rune Grammofon is on the way. Standard procedure when prepaying for shipping before the package is handed to Posten.
So now I have this phantom package in my app. Strangely, frantically refreshing the app does nothing to bring the package home sooner.
It's just an itch beneath the skin..
here's another view of the cover (and an itty-bit of lyrics if you're fast enough):

the only tiny newish bit of info i could find in the meantime: the running time appears to be 70 minutes & 11 seconds hey, it's better than nothing….waiting for some tease to drop soon
Oh yes, great. thank you !! love it.
Nothing to complain about there! Sounds promising, but as always it is impossible to judge the New album based on that one track. Sounds familiar, but inspired enough. Expectations rising.
Again, as has happen several times last years, I get a feeling of ZZ Top.
Which, of course, is far from the style of DB, TM and Blissard, hmmm.
I like it! Doesn't sound anything like DM, TM and Blissard indeed.
@mikke, thats somehow right. i can hear that too, its the drive of bass and drum. Remember that dancing from bent, Snah and Reine (when he joined) on stage during mountain? I always understood it as a reference to the glorious ZZ TOP.
I like it. reminds me a bit of the Hell tri(sept?)logy.
Can't wait for the rest though since, as always, the better stuff will not be in the single.
Sounds like Jon Anderson imitating Ozzy or vice versa, with ZZ Top playing "Children of the Grave". Very Yes-Sabbathish…
One of these first listening impressions that grow increasingly irrelevant after some time
interesting how the voices are layered. There seems to be one speeking voice that has much room in the mix.
Wow. I think this is the first time I catch some (early) 80s vibe from a Motorpsycho(delic) tune, although just in a few glimpses. Very nice! But man, unless they make use of the dreaded autotune I’m more than a bit worried about what some of the vocal parts will sound like in a live setting. Educated guess: godawful! :STG:
