Band on fire – very tight and in good musical shape. Sadly a livestream almoust without any bass – but Snah is God once more. Vocals extraordinarily clear and almost in tune.
Setlist:
1. In Every Dreamhome
2. Stanley (Tonight’s The Night)
3. August
4. Lucifer (Bringer of Light)
5. Upstairs – Downstairs
6. Superstooge

8. The United Debased
9. Mountain
10. Quick Fix
11. Hyena
12. The TowerNo encore, 90 minutes

June 20, 2025 at 23:14 #44644That’s right, great performance, Woooooohooooooo
They must have gained some new fans tonight; saw some five to ten year olds in the audience !Emphasis on the heavy rocking, not too much psychedelics, although I liked the Tower very much and Snah’s use of looping. Feeling too extatic now to go to bed, yeeeeeeehaw
June 20, 2025 at 23:24 #44645Short Festival Rock Show. Nice.
And yes, Captain Snah is God and Uncle Fuzz blows up the bass!
Indeed, very cleaar vocals, Snah a bit low.
Personal enjoyments: Mountain, Tower and, of(f)course Up/Down > Supistooge. I guess the audience had a helluva fun.June 21, 2025 at 00:36 #44647Being not an Olaf fan by any means, I was impressed by his creative and tasteful playing especially on August and Superstooge (there were some other good moments). For the first time I saw him really fit in the band and understood why they chose him. Though I still wonder why he plays most of the new(ish) stuff in such a straightforward style (see Lucifer).
Bent and Snah seemed in really fine form, much more so than when I saw them in Trezzo earlier this year. Makes you think about how big of a toll the extensive touring must take on their energy.June 21, 2025 at 04:52 #44648June 21, 2025 at 09:04 #44650Couchtouring with Motorpsycho on a Friday evening was such a treat. Stream lacked series bottom end. Snah in a trucker cap was appropriately dressed for the occasion and the band wiped the floor with your average stoner bands. First time as power trio with Olaf and it was not too bad! In fact this was a great gig. Highlights: “Supastuka” and “Mountain” which both slayed. Perfect festival gig on a perfect summer night.
June 21, 2025 at 17:22 #44651I really hope they’ll add Bent to the mix for the TV broadcast (and Rockpalast archive) – kept like this it’s a rather mediocre document plus Snahs guitar out of tune a few times :-/ All the same some great moments in there (Mountain!! Stooge!) and what a pleasure to have another officialy filmed mp show
