since you cannot skip to the song directly, simply click on the interview bit at the 20:11 mark. After that The Promise will follow right away. BTW norwegian sounds great

Not really revealing, but a positive review. For the record…
From what I heard so far, this album is going to be a blast. Hard to believe that it is a composition of eggplant-leftovers. To me each song sounds powerful and inspired, although I probably won't sit trough hell pt. 7 too often.
what about a scan or a brief (or maybe comprehensive) summary? pretty please
kind of a review (nicely written info text of a mailorder):

Absolutely nothing against an opening band in general… It's more that I want to spare my limited attention span for mp
Pointless, I don't need any musical input before 3h of mp
Official website, support band…. What's wrong with them?
are you ready? = thin lizzy?
Btw I think it works much better when the drums are set up in the "regular" center position, which the band was forced to apply in Dresden due to the stage layout. That way the band's energy is headed a lot more towards the audience. Makes quite a big difference to me
i was a little disappointed by the berlin show, but last night's gig was pure gold! perfect interplay and an incredible setlist. the other other fool set a great mood and the band seemed to have a good time. bedroom eyes and ocean were nice surprises. also, by far the best k9 i have ever seen. band and audience floating through some other galaxy for 20 minutes glad i decided to go see them for a second time on this tour!
i like the more detailed compositions a lot (barleycorn, august, afterglow). there is a lot to discover. hell i think is a rather conventional grooverock blueprint, but i expect it will work pretty good live. ratcatcher however is absolutely horrible. it's a mess on record, and i am afraid it will be a mess live. it's harmonically boring and it is just too much sound piled up. anyway, two guitars live and the fantastic setlists are some great prospects!
sunrise is fantastic. i only noticed afterwards that it there are no guitars. well done!
