Playfellow – not my band, but my bandmates' band (motorpsycho aficionados to the bone). I know providing credible references is a bitch, but place it somewhere between the vast sounds and epic build-ups of Sigur Ros and the straighter, poppier moments of Blissard. Does anyone know more about "Jeux de l'arreter"? Is it an original song? It sounded like it could be a cover of mc5, cream or something. Just guessing from the vibe of the sonh, i have no idea

You can really look forward to Elder! I've seen them play at Stoned from the Underground Festival two weeks ago, and they are really an amazing live band! they manage to add some exciting innovative proggy elements to that whole stoner/psych-thing! Mos Generator on the other hand, i found rather boring.

wow, fans being pissed off at their favorite band for releasing a record. i would also like to own it or at least hear it…but c'mon!
Snah was playing a Ibanez Tubescreamer on this tour, which is pretty much THE overdrive pedal. I play a EHX East River Drive, which is a good yet affordable alternative.
Too bad to read that the "official" recording didn't work. Maybe that evening was simply too magical to be captured.
Having seen several shows of this tour, i have to agree that Leipzig was definitely something else. They not only seemed to have a good time, they also completely lost themselves in the music. especially bent. Conne Island and MP is a perfect match. Very loud yet clear sounding PA, perfectly-sized venue and the temperatures yesterday probably added what was needed to go this far out! boy, was that great!
