That’s again a tasty setlist – looks like a great evening
I rather hope for epics in Dresden and/or Bremen, plus all Luci-Za(a)rs
Recorder was handed back and no hard feelings left except the security was overacting. Audience was good in the front and enthusiastic (Bent even baptised Cologne with “You’re the best”). Great versions and jams in there. Sunchild was sweet ♥️
So true, Lady May is always good but last nights version was pure bliss. Lots of great soloing and jamming in general at Sint Niklaas (MBF, GTC!!, August, Tower…) and what a nice place. Will come back (Comeback?!)
Those first three songs (40+ minutes) were already worth the way – looking forward to Leuven even more now ❤️
Looks like a Stratocaster he is playing there:)
According to their Instagram account, the “ppl at Sinus, Bodø wanted 90 minutes – we snuck in an extra 20 minutes” (Gullible as potential encore not played).
It will be exciting to have all this new material performed live, let’s see which older tunes will find their way into the setlists during the upcoming journey with Olaf
I also had another shipping confirmation in my mailbox for the vinyl I already received. Hope that this is a communication problem and not multiple doubles are being sent out.
Oh no, I hope it is not too painful and the medication works :( The healing plus the rehearsals with another drummer are a tough task – not even talking about being on the road and playing shows on a tour :-/
Thank you Vegard for fixing this – I felt a bit lost but who am I to complain: thumbs up for running this forum
Here you go for the full Sojo flow
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4
Interesting combination indeed, they’re playing a few dates in January but not UK (Nijmegen is on my list)
Here is an enchanting bonus track that didn’t make to the album:
Wow, Part 2 = Bandha into Bonfire ❤️
Thanks for this great capture Bernie
Part 2
Update: The order of the tracks in Leuven was the same as in Oslo.
@punj lizard: So true. It was genius, half an hour free flying. And there was so.much.more. “Miles Davis level reached” if I may say so – those four guys are such great musicians, a pure pleasure to hear and see them playing. And so friendly warm hearted … I had tears in my eyes at some point(s) during the show. Pure joy.
I’m just learning back their catalogue, had three albums but only after seeing them live their full cosmos opens up to me <3
