Yeah, it's no big secret that some vocalparts on Roadwork 4 were auto-tuned. Esspecially on the song Wishing Well where Bent in some places almost turns into a smurf here & there.
You can compare the Roadwork-version of Wishing Well with the original live-version here:
As for It's A Love Cult, I'm not sure if they used auto-tune on that album.
Quote:Is that an actual Gibson Les Paul Goldtop with P-90's Snah is playing? That must be a recent purchase, have never seen him play one before.Yeah, it is. And yes, I've seen him play it before (if you have the Haldern Rockpalast video from 2006, he plays it on Manmower. Although there it looked more worn, maybe he had it re-polished or something)

And the reviewers usually contribute opinions/trivia/info on each album. Check out nrk.no to hear the programs.
September 16, 2011 at 08:58 in reply to: Morgenbladet Top 100 Best Norwegian Albums Of All Time #20149I feel kinda confident that DB, Timmy and Blissard will pop up later as well (not so sure about Angels & Daemons though)
And yeah, I'm still not head over heels in love with LTEC or IALC (Phanerothyme on the other hand… I hope that one makes the list, easily the best of the pop-trilogy)
September 13, 2011 at 17:54 in reply to: Morgenbladet Top 100 Best Norwegian Albums Of All Time #20146Another nice piece of trivia: Bent sent in his top 10 to this event. And the website is about to reveal the top 10's of all the musicians/artists who voted!
Crowded!
Yeah good album! But I guess I like Trees Outside The Academy even more.
But songs like Circulation, Blood Never Lies and In Silver Rain With A Paper Key are great songs!
I've already voted. All that work put into that beaded picture deserves payoff :MPD:
And now the guessing game begins: Which songs will be on the album?
I'm guessing it will be Kenneth-era Effenaar performances only. And they've only played Effenaar twice before with him: 28-05-2008 and 23-05-2010. Here are those setlists:
28-05-2008
1. she left on the sun ship
2. kill devil hills
3. sail on
4. greener
5. upstairs/downstairs
6. glow
7. hogwash
8. watersound
9. year zero
10. triggerman
11. heartattack mac
12. the alchemyst
—
13. LLM
—
14. Vortex surfer
–
23-05-2010
W.B.A.T.
MOUNTAIN (Snah on keys)
Visitant
I.C.U.
Starhammer
Diana
Un Chien d'espace (Snah keys, Bent moog)
Cornucopia (feat. The other one?) ->
Greener
Gullible's travails
—
Arnie Hassle ->
Shrug and fistful
X3
—
Come on in
Anyone wanna guess what's gonna be on the album?
Started out with 1200 attendees, then sunk to 700 apparently. The headline was a bit dramatic though (translated: "People fleed from Motorpsycho")
I did however find this:
A nice 3-song extract from an Austrian festival-gig in 2000 (SS3/Snafu/My Best Friend)
Thx to whoever uploaded it!
Haha, I noticed that one too. He says "it's about environment and, uh, herbs"
Sorry there isn't. Apart from the clip you posted, the only other performance that surfaced was Watersound:
