      So what do ppl think about the album?

      I'm loving it ,more and more. At first i had some trouble with the stretch between "Oh, Proteus – A Prayer" – through Oh, Proteus – A Lament". But its growing on me, both musically and as being important for the whole story. Effective in terms of mirroring the dark and troubled mood of the narrator (which i wanna call the death defying unicorn – it fits perfectily when knowing the story), on this part of the journey.

      To put it simply; It's freakin' great!! :MPD: (and ståle!)

          As far as i know they've never made a true concept album either. Alot of new things happening now :)

          And becides…the album is 80+ minutes (83:44 to be exact). Now tell me the last MP concert any of you have been to that lasted that short (except festival gigs that is). I bet they'll cram a good 30 minutes of old stuff into the setlists aswell. And like alex mentioned….the jams will be different every night.

          I'm not worried. And the album is EPIC, and i for one would really like to hear the whole thing live from start to finish.

                      Is it just me or hasn't there been posted any pics of the inlay other then the links, which are optional to click? Just asking, cus i for one didn't see any..

                            Hey, you're right! And i think he even sings this one. Hard to tell, but i swear i could catch his smooth vocal style that last half a second before the clip ends

                            ..then again…it could also be a trumpet :)

                              Well, as mentioned, i'm even more excited! Not that much new info, but you get a little better feel of how the songs are. I think it's gonna be EPIC!

                                  I don'think they're chosen as much as that they're simply the beginnings of each track. As for "worries" regarding the album, the only thing i find abit troubling is that some of the vocal lines really sound like that danish band Mew, which i don't like that much. But all in all i've got high hopes, and i'm very excited! Bring on the masterpiece :)
