I think it’s safe to say that the majority of ppl in here like the album. Got it running for the 26’th time on headset while i write….”and it just got started…” and i freakin’ love it! Now the only song i can’t seem to handle is COTF! Too bad they had to end with that one. But apart from that, it’s a MONSTER!

Good work Wulf! Although i would change the phrase “Where is nowhere else
I’m forever free” with “There is nowhere else i would rather be” plus a few other phrases

well there are probably dozens of mistakes here and there on Mr. Victim. For instance…the whole ending is pure guessing. And i listened to it last night, and what i’ve written sounds terribly incorrect. But i think i’m right regarding the swan song phrase (Here’s a note from Wikipedia: The phrase “swan song” is a reference to an ancient belief that the Mute Swan (Cygnus olor) is completely mute during its lifetime until the moment just before it dies, when it sings one beautiful song)’
Just to follow up what you said about who wrote what: Snah has always been rather cryptic when it comes to lyrics. So the phraze “we sing along enchanted by thew swan song” isn’t that far fetched if you ask me. It fits! And regarding the Seephing phrase…it’s supposed to be seething.
As for COTF i actually think i’m right with the “shake us up” phrase. It rhimes with “Break it up” too. Or else it would have to be “shake a soul” and that doesen’t sound right.
Anyway…we need more ppl in on this!

hah funny story here…
The recordplayer i used to rip the album spun the record too fast, and after listening to the review from NRK2 i found that my ripped version plays a semi-tone higher in the registry then the original. And thus the whole album plays abit faster. Perhaps that’s why i found it so god damn rocky!!
Anyway gonna tune the songs down, so they match the true speed.
Still love it by the way! Even The Waiting Game is starting to grow on me.

Although i wouldn’t refer to them as “fuzz Soup”, i understand what you’re sayong, and i miss it too! The Mellotron is such a powerful instrument (which i use regularly myself), and i bet that it would have lifted the songs even more! But the piano is cool too!
