Not really an encore break between alchemyst & vs.
When alchemyst was finished Bent nearly ran to the guitars,
picked one up and talked to shah & kenneth shortly, than they came back in front of the stage.
VS wasn't on list and it seems it wasn't planed but bent wanna play this yesterday.
For me it is hard to say, but I think like düsseldorf a bit more than osnabrück,
two (three) reasons:
– in düsseldorf they played year zero and this great new ss 3(5)
– the audiance: in düsseldorf respectful and enthusiastic, in osnabrück very loud talking and cheating and a lot of them very drunken.
but the band played two totally mindblowing gigs in düsseldorf and osnabrück!
Indeed another great concert.
Very close to düsseldorf yesterday.
Iron c is the same song who was yeterday called dog or clock parade.
Again, hardly possible to name highlights. the whole concert was one.
but sister confusion back is great, mountain>nothing to say without break was very great
and a concert ending with alchemyst > vortex surfer is absolutely amazing.
one nice interaction impression:
after hogwash, bent just finished singing the last words, he opend his eyes
and he looked a bit crazy, than started a big smile on his face, he turned,
and raised his wineglass to snah, snah laughed and toasted back.
they had just done an indescribable jam during hogwash.
And "the singing drummer" is back.

on my setlist it's called clog parade, but that's normal that they play with the song name on setlists.

oh my.
I was in hamburg at the primus concert. jay lane back is absolutely great.
A perfect band for an awesome evening with motorpsycho.
I wish I could be there.

Oh, I didn't see R.C. yet, but i like theire records. specily the last one (?) geneva.
So I hope that I will enjoy them live, but what you write sounds not so good to me, anyway. boris are always fantastic live.
Now I will go to NoMeansNo here in Bielefeld at the forum, very great live band, too.
oh, not hundred, only twenty or so I think. ( ok 17 full lenght, three live albums and six with merzbow and some other collaboration – and that since 1996)
buy them all, you can't do anything wrong.
but:
both heavy rocks are quiete great, I think. the one from 2002 is that one in their discographie what timothy's is in motorpsycho's. in many points – maybe the best album from them and it was totaly new for them when it came out.
the band made this year 3 new great records (if you will count the collaboration with merzbow four)so far, no idea how many records will follow this year :wink:, but the heavy rocks 2011 is simply awesome.
If you like drone the "The Thing Which Solomon Overlooked" serie is very good. I'm not so deep in this drone thing, but this 3 records are very intense, just like sunn O)))
saw you boris together with russian circles?
they are on co headliner tour at this moment, I'll see them in a few days in hamburg and I'm really looking forward to this event.

3 dates with superstooka
saw them twice this spring, utrecht and brussels and it was great.
if you ask me they get bettet and better and better.
one of the handful of best live bands at least. hope for more gigs later this year
