Yes, I am really curious about the big announcement!
I was just listening to the awesome recording of the Vera, Groningen gig. I have very fond memories of the evening. Lots of highlights but the first song I put on was the incredible cover of Edgar Broughton Band’s Love in the Rain with Reine in vocals. So, so, so cool. Madman Reine.
I was reading this awesome interview from 2022 where Bent says something about every album: It’s Psychedelic Baby
‘Child of the Future’
Four days in Chicago with Steve Albini. But no songs. We recorded jams and edited songs out of them when we got home. Ass-backwards, but still surprisingly functional! Mastering job sucks on the vinyl. Must be remastered asap!I received my cd’s and lp today! That’s quicker than I thought.
I don’t know about Ahsol Caravan but Child of the Future will be on Spotify on 10 october. You can pre-save it now.
Well done Supernaut, awesome song and video!
Yes amazing stuff! I’d love to see a vinyl/bluray release one day.
Funny moment in Sungravy btw.
I agree, I also think it sounds a lot better! I always loved this album so having it with better sound quality is great. Ordered both the cd as the vinyl.
Also: what a pleasant surprise, a new “soundtrack” album! And shipping so soon! And after the Small Boats compilation another cd only release. Interesting.
@kippenhok577 you can find it here on Oyvind’s site.

It isn’t that new since it has the same images as the old one but reversed. I think I like this one better though. The new version is also remastered and sounds very good.

I have very fond memories of the 2001 Tivoli Utrecht gig where they played six songs from Phanerothyme, including When yr Dead. Beautifull.
There is a recording of gig up on the Internet Archive. Very cool to hear the version of Bed Of Roses! Thanks to who recorded/uploaded the gig.
Thanks for the setlist(s)! Awesome, Barleycorn and No Evil! Quite surprising.
Pretty straightforward encore. Nice.
I also agree. There was a guy at the front wearing sunglasses and could totally understand why.
