Yeah, aprox. 135 mins. Brilliant gig. Favs: Loneliness, Hogwash, Nothing to Mount and off course Vortex Surfer.
Wow Drugthing, i really like that one! My band Rooster Rampage, usually a heavy noise/stoner/punkrockband just released a new EP. I would really appreciate it if you'd check it out. You can find it, as well as some older, heavier stuff here: http://www.roosterrampage.com/Music.html
(and man, only two week till the Effenaar gig!!!!)
ok, i take that back. Went to the FRS and some nice guy helped me and everything worked out fine. Pity that those ticketmaster bastards charged a transaction fee again.
Wow, that ticketmaster site is really a drag. I tried to order (for the lp) but all kinds of strange errors occur. Blah. On my bike to the Free Record Shop again than. Man, i hate that store, but i hate Ticketmaster even more.
More on null (fnr site)
– stricly limited
– only for sale at the 15 october show
– no official Roadworks release
– from this saturday it is possible to reserve a copy. Thus, only to be picked up at the show.
– obviously, vinyl only.
And now on my bike to finally get a ticket :MPD:
Wow, that's excellent news!!!! No time to translate the whole thing, but here's a start:
– it will contain 4 songs from various Effenaar show
– it will be a Effenaar release, no news on distribution or anything. It wil be on sale for the first time during the Effenaar gig on 15 oktober for 15 euros
– the release is to celebrate the 40th aniversary of the Effenaar.
– the tracklisting should remain a surprise according to the band.
– it will be a release in the spirit of the Roadwork release. Not shure it will be a real Roadwork release though. Not likely imo cause neither Stickman or Rune is involved.
– they promise 'special artwork'.
So stupid, i read yr first post and thought: but you've got an avatar already… duh. But, now i've got one to. Thanks.
Wow, that is a pretty good looking record player. I can't help you out with The Visitant. I don't think you really miss out on anything though. The only really disapointing song they released in years if you ask me.
Quote:But for me, this is easily the best Roadwork volume this farWow, that's quite a statement! I still haven't received my copy yet, but i am hoping yr right. Man, i can't wait.
Does anyone here know what guitar pedal Snah uses in the live versions of Ocean in her Eye, for example the version they played in Haarlem in 2009? Thanks.
Damn, i want my package too… i feel like a spoiled little kid right now.
Now thát is a good explanation of the title! Btw, Stickfrau posted this on Twitter an hour ago:

Lots of packages full of loud goodness are making their way around the world right now.
:MPD:
Dutch distributor Konkurrent (http://www.konkurrent.nl/index.html#verwacht) has it listed for the second of may. Strange. I decided to pre-order from Stickman, i want to take the risk of having to wait that long. I have a feeling this is going to be a fantastic record (again).
Yeah, just like te first three editions. 13+ mins average per song :MPD:
Sounds good to me, although more is always better. I hope they include Heartattack Mac, All is Loneliness & Cornucopia.
