There is one at discogs at at fixed price of €168, so that is a bit overkill.
Ngh! I have to work from the 28th till January 4th.
The goal was to finance 100 books. On the cover on mine it says it's #790/980, so the number of printed books is almost ten times higher than the projected goal.
The Aftenbladet review also mentions that he is working on a second Motorpsycho book, but a very different one.
Compared to the rest of the world (or at least most of it) it… is.

Being Norwegian, I was pretty sure I had the Sony/Columbia release, but it turns out it's on Birdnest Records, licenced by Stickman. #bird102cd. It has the hidden track.

Just a quick note: The reason Bent's stumbling a bit with the opening words on The Hollow Lands, was simply the fact that the microphone stand was to far in front of him, so he had to adjust it with his feet while trying to play bass and sing at the same time.

One got sold earlier this week for $302.
Oh, and here's another one. With a fixed price at $290, I'd say it's a bargain!
