For me the whole Epstein thing is just another, albeit big, ugly affair of abuse (of power, money etc.). As such as bad as it can get – but I also think it serves as kind of lightning rod for several others and maybe much more important developments endangering our life and freedom, that people are subconsciouly aware of but do not adress clearly for several realsons. But I won’t get deeper into this, as this is probably not the space for such discussions. Shouldn’t have started the sufject in the first place…

How disgusting the whole Epstein thing may be – I can’t quite see the relevance of the affair, if you compare the few hundred or thousand victims, regrettable as they are, to the collective climate suicide/mass murder/destruction of living environment that is on the agenda of those oil companys and states behind Trump and his stubborn policy. Not to mention a whole immigrant population living in fear of being forcefully split from their family, relatives, homes.

For me this is not chiefly about politcs or political coversion, but about a typical sort of guys who behave like described. May they have a good quick final fall, if that’s what they’re after. Without any other casualties, if possible.

            Love it! Great Rocker!

@ Chien.d.Espace: Its the “dance of the lemmings” these days. I only wish these modern day Custers would go over the edge quickly and without taking anybody else with them ;-)

Thanx a lot, Bernie! Simple content link errors can be a real nuisance – a small wrong number and you frustrate your readers, watchers etc. forever. And they happen just so often by slip of hand (or finger). Luckily not here very often ,-)

Does anybody know how to get the Ueberpilgrim video and/or sound from Nijmegen 25 (wrongly linked on MP-Clips)? Or does anybody have the clip or at least sound on his hard disc already? Please…

@ Joecoco: You can still download the video from the vimeo source with Video Download Helper (with a stupid QR-Code imbedded though) – and later convert to audio via VLC.

Yep – up since August (fittingly) with a little more bass. Just enough – not the full Bent onslaught we know from standing in the first row, but still…

Ahsol Caravan – nice fun project imho. A tribute to those many obscure and less obscure musicians on the edges of the Motorpsycho cosmos. Don’t forget: This band was named while in London for vinyl record hunting.

A little hint to reindeer antler virtuoso Trygve Seim (on Trust us) here in No. 5? Guess so. And the third eye awakening on the Kailash Journey in good old mystical Crimson tradition is called Prince Rupert ;-)

From what I hear on bandcamp I’d spontaneously say it sounds lots better than the original (first) white vinyl release. I was never really satisfied with the sound of that one.

Btw.: That Wiesbaden gig in 2019 obviously left its imprints in some motorpsychedelic minds. Remember “the Other Fool”‘s locally adapted finale: “Chill out to Xhol Caravan”?

                          Hi Bernie!
Great work as usual. Just a little mistake linking from vimeo to the MPClips-Site: “Überwagner – Pilgrim” also links to the “Core Memory Corrupt” video.
Nevertheless – thanks for your efforts once again!

Btw: the splitscreens on “Balthazaar” really make sense!
                          cheers

I’m a great fan of “House at Pooneil Corners” – in both JA and MP versions. Monster tune! Apocalyptic Flamenco! Would always like to have it back, though I think Bent might be reluctant to go back to the “screamo vocals” period. Did that for “Demon Box” though.

In the end better leave it to MP to surprise us once again with old tunes, new covers and new old interpretations.
As for Dark Star: Un Chien gets as close as motorpsychedically realistic – even with its average 23 min. length ;-)
BTW: How many time since the last Chien? Time for banners at gigs?

Hey Bent, should you think of covering “Astronomy”, just remember Metallica already did that quite successfully. And don’t you think “Flaming Telepaths” better fits your vocal style? And the song’s crescendo is Motorpsycho before there was a Motorpsycho…

                                ;-)

Heavy as hell. Channeling W.Ash, UFO, Kiss, Mountain, Doors and whoever to send Ozzy off. Rather straight heavy rock setlist – good for the occasion. Obviously not much jamming involved. I’m looking forward to the recordings…
