one spin, lotsa fun.
I must vote for Timothy. Trust Us is my second fave album though. And Taifun probably my favourite song overall. But it’s Timothy’s Monster that brought me into Motorpsychedelism and its every song is stuck in my system.

Not even because of hiphop’s manner of recycling but mostly because it has the same louder! fatter! meaner! attitude. And look what the Beastie Boys do. I’d even say that lots of palefaced introvert fakedepressed indiebands are farther away from classic rockism than some (not gangsta-) cool hiphoppers. And therefore from Motorpsycho. Like N.E.R.D., who I like. Or Arrested Development. The Hippie Hiphoppers.

Toughie. But to restrain from nostalgia, I go for the Fruit.
oh a proper release would do as well…
Released vinyl can still be bought at Stickman Records, especially those recent 7″. They’re neither extra nor rare.
i’m phased now too, thank you. scotch mist is a great watch.
thanks 8O
After Manmower Blissard is kind of over for me and Fool’s Gold and Nathan come “only” like a prolonged fade out. But in those ’96 Rockefeller (if I’m not mistaken) versions they do shine golden. I don’t think there’s any filler on Blissard but there’s quite a bunch of songs with all the same tempos and styles. Another running order might have helped there.
Timothy has no filler at all for me. I can play each side to maximum entertainment.
#1 comes as a surprise for me. I wonder if the Fruit had won over LLM.
nice job!
Trust Us, my Child, Timothy has its Moments.
oh Bon Iver. Didn’t know them before. The Wolves sounds very promising.
