Hi Blashyrkh, really enjoying your work. Browsing the dazzling band history, re-reading comments in the forum, filling my stats, it brings back so many memories! If this hasn’t been mentioned before, would it be possible to list musicians per gig you think? Would be nice to see which of the gigs were performed as a threesome, how many included Reine, Ståle, Baard, Horn sections etc. Just an idea. Thanks so much!
So what’s happening with Ingvald, anybody knows? Earlier this year he had an injury, couldn’t tour, then resurfaced again briefly I believe for one or two shows… Just before his injury he seemed to have settled in very well. Just curious.
Fellow psychonauts, perhaps you can relate. After attending three NL shows, this morning I woke with an overwhelming sense of gratitude, having experienced something of profound beauty that goes right to the soul where love, peace, art and givingness reside. This has happened to me for decades now, at every run. Motorpsycho, thank you so much.

VERAGood but wouldn’t say brilliant. Really like Ingvald & enjoyed the gigs with him. His bands Kanaan & Full Earth are awesome. Still Tomas + MP chemistry & skill & cosmic wise to me is a way different league. Plus I like it when they appear as as threesome in stead of two plus various. Agree with Johnny on the rehearsal room.
When I heard the news about Tomas departure I felt straight out angry. How could they possibly not keep him on board, Million Dollar Drummer, driving the band beyond the universe. Although I love Yay, MP to me hasn’t been what it could be ever since.
@UnChien, merchtable – they have a Rockbottom (A) and Silver Dollar Forger (B, Nazareth) tour single. A pretty darn surprising hardrocking little diamond. Recorded with Reine & Tomas Dec 22, mastered by Helge.
For MP I wonder if they would like to be a proper threesome again instead of 2 plus a session drummer (this label really struck me in the insta post, although it might just as well be about Tomas’ ambitions – don’t know).
Tomas, really sad to see you go. Enjoyed your playing with MP. Thanks so much. I remember seeing you perform with Zu in DBs Utrecht. It was when you were about to join MP. The Swedish national soccer team were playing and in between Zu’s incredible wall of noise you asked the crowd what the halftime score was. 0-1 somebody said. You screamed shit and banged the hell out of the venue. Wishing you all the best, will be following you wherever you’re headed.
