Marvelous!
Very good question! My memory does not serve me well enough to know if they played Motorpsycho songs, but I believe it was only songs related to the Kanon-project. But if anyone else attended and has a better memory, feel free to chime in. It was part of the Moldejazz festival.
EDIT: A review of the same project for Jazzfest in Trondheim the previous year (2006-08-29, Blæst) says there was a short quote from Hogwash.
While adding attended gigs I found three shows in my own list of gigs that I couldn’t find in mpdb:
2004-09-10 Trondheim, Platekompaniet, short acoustic(?) Tussler set in the Platekompaniet store with signing of the new Tussler record
2004-09-11 Trondheim, Samfundet, Tussler-gig
2007-07-20, Molde, Klubb Kulturhuset, Part of the project Kanon which played music composed by Øyvind Brandtsegg, so not strictly a Motorpsycho-show-

Highlights for me tonight were Balthazaar (Bent introduced it by saying something like “last time I talked to Ole (Paus ed.note), at the backstage of Rockefeller, he said he was ready to make a new album, three days later he was gone. Here’s a song to him.”), Pacific, Oracle, Alchemyst (must be the heaviest version I’ve heard), Patterns and Gullible.
Before The Tower Bent said he thought it was kind of a bummer to play/write a song that has ended up becoming true. And continued to say he might be a fortune teller, winked and called himself “Snåsakalljen”.

Snippets from instagram puts the Sunchild-version closer to the Tussler-version, but without the country twang. Nice!
Aah! Didn’t know! Check out the albums where he’s still in Needlepoint then.
Agree on Olaf! He’s completely within the psychoverse at this point! Great drummer! (For those who haven’t heard Needlepoint yet, check them out!
Loud and great! And a good mix of ‘full on rock’ and some great jams!
My notes:
– First highlight was W.C.A. The song made much more sense to me live. Heavier and with a great jam/solo-part.
– Reine and Snah is (still) such a great guitar pairing. Wonderful build up and soloing on Whip that ghost.
– Balthazaar <3
– I can still remember the first Manmower rendition I heard live and it’s been a live favourite ever since. Beautiful version yesterday!
– Twin guitars on Lucifer is a lot of fun live!
– 90s Motorpsycho would be proud of how loud and heavy Mountain is!
– Rest of the main set was (almost) a hit parade, but played with youthful vigor!
– Man I love Gullible! Niiiice, energetic, spaced out jam! Excellent end to a wonderful evening!31 with Psychotzar!
I think Verkstedhallen can hold up to 600 people.
Who was behind the drums in Bodø?
Great! Tried to send a DM outside of this forum.
Judging from the recent setlists and the reportz from the shows it looks like the magic bus indeed has arrived! Wish there were more shows right away.
Why not start the tour from the top again and treat us all to a tour encoré?

Chariot Of The Sun – To Phaeton On The Occasion Of Sunrise (Theme From An Imagined Movie)
Is this their longest song title to date?
Agree with what has been said here. Great start with Whip and Frances, Superstooge once again had Fiske playing the slide guitar lick which was nice, and it had a great noisy middle section. The next four songs didn't cut it for me and Fiske broke a string at some point in there and maybe that took some focus. I also had to struggle with the drunken audience during those songs before I moved away from the worst of them. S.T.G. Picked up the pace again and had another great noisy crescendo, but the best parts of the concert came from the jam section in At Empire's End and out. Cornucopia, Diana and The Wheel were excellent and had some truly wonderful jamming.
