Another contender for album of the year is Jehnny Beth with You Heartbreaker You. She was the singer with the Savages who made two records in 2013 and 2016. And they were a fiery all women band in a postpunk altrock style but totally unique. Listen to them! There’s two Glastonbury shows up on yt.

Anyways, Jehnny‘s going solo now (well, with band) and is on tour. I‘m very giddy to see that very soon.

Wow thanks for the kind words! Yes I would say I’m working in a “stream of consciousness” manner. Meaning I don’t think a lot when doing it. Just let it flow, see and hear what it feels like.
